DC-DC Converter for Vehicle Applications

Deutronic offers rugged, galvanic isolated and non-isolated DC/DC converters for different fields of application within an output power range from 25 to 500 Watt.

  • For applications with heavy enviromental conditions / requirements
  • Protection against unfavourable environmental conditions (vibration, shock, variation in temperature stress, humidity, aggressive atmosphere etc.)
  • Use in the field of material handling vehicles and industrial trucks (e.g. fork lifts, automated guided vehicle system etc.)
  • Supply of components like flood lamps, scanner, data terminal etc.
  • Special versions to bridge voltage drop events of the on-board electrical system at the engine start
  • Series:
    • DVC: Galvanic separated
    • DR: Galvanic non-isolated
Deutronic offers also beside the standard product range optional (i.e. on request) customized DC/DC converters:
  • Power supplies with high power (e.g. kW range), high voltage output, with inhibit function etc.
  • E1 approval for road vehicle use
  • MIL applications (high EMC suppression level)
