HMI, HANNOVER MESSE 2009
The world’s most important technology and industrial fair of the year presented itself with 6.150 exhibitors from 61 nations.
About 210,000 visitors – one in four from abroad – were in the past days at Hanover.
In the field of TS35 top-hat-rail industrial power supplies Deutronic Elektronik GmbH presented for the first time the newly developed UPS systems compatible to the D-IPS range.
The D-IPS-BM range is the high-tech equipment for advanced battery management and optimum long-term battery care using sophisticated and novel charging algorithms.

Additionally, the newest charging technology for Lithium-based batteries was presented at the fair. In doing this, Deutronic once again demonstrated its market leadership in automotive charging technology.
Deutronic offers for this segment mains operated, integrated Lithium chargers with balancer, which can also be used as a high performance charging stage for over-top charging of larger Lithium batteries.
Apart from the multipolar connecting plug for the individual connections of the battery block, the equipment is distinguished by the connection possibilities for including a temperature sensor and moreover through the customary communication interfaces for PCs. Extensive charging programs for analysing and documenting the battery block provide the user with a reliable image regarding the health of his batteries. A range with balancer, generate a charging performance of 600W, which apart from a mains connection also includes an optional input stage for connecting to a 12V or 24V motor vehicle onboard network system, for use when charging must be carried out in locations where no mains power is available.
A 60V Lithium version, the DBL800-M is available for higher performance of up to 800W, it also includes over-top charging. Many well-known manufacturers in professional vehicle production also utilize the waterproof version for external use, mostly as 12V or 24V version.
