SPS/IPC/DRIVES Electric Automation International Exhibition 2004
SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2004: new exhibition record
In the course of its three days, SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2004 presented the potentials of modern electric automation technologies.
Counting 1,030 exhibitors on 65,100 sqm exhibition space in a total of seven halls, the show was larger than ever. This growth was also reflected visitor-wise: 31,822 trade visitors came to Nuremberg to see what the SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2004 exhibitors had to offer.
SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2004 provided a both complete and compact overview of all aspects of electric automation. For the first time, the exhibition halls were subdivided according to the various technologies on display. Given this new structure, the visitors could easily concentrate on their main interest, an offer which was very well received. The exhibitors praised the highly qualified contacts made during the show and the fact that the majority of inquiries were related to concrete projects.
In addition to the booths, two forums within the exhibition area and the concurrent conference offered further insight into electric automation.
