E-Mobility test weeks – A project in the course of Klimazeit – We were there!

In October, twenty companies from the region and the city of Landshut are on the road electrically: The BMW Group plant Landshut provides a total of five BMW i3 free of charge for test drives. The participants have applied in advance to the regional management of the city and district of Landshut. The only requirement for participation is a covered and secured parking space with a charging connection – also in the form of a household socket.

Deutronic Elektronik GmbH also applied for the project and was allowed to test the BMW i3 for one week. The climate and the associated sustainability should become more present, therefore the electric car was tested by the employees on business trips as a climate-friendly alternative. With regard to the promotion of sustainable and forward-looking means of transport, the e-mobility test weeks are a very good opportunity to bring the electric car closer to the users.

The BMW i3s are handed over at the BMW Group plant in Landshut, where they are also received again. The e-mobility test week campaign, which was organized by the regional managers of the city and district of Landshut, aims to make electromobility tangible and thus support a possible switch to emission-free driving.
